Robert A. Woodley Comments ERB-APA #71: A Reply

Robert A. Woodley - Really enjoyed your Tarzan Of The Apes article in ERB-APA #70. Please keep in mind that when discussing the Tarzan series, it must be made clear. Are you talking about the real world that we live in?  Or, are you talking about the fictional ERB Universe? For example. In the real world, we know that Edgar Rice Burroughs, from Chicago, IL, wrote the Tarzan series. But when it comes to the world of Tarzan it was not Edgar Rice Burroughs, the author, who did the narrating in the books.  It was actually John Carter's great-nephew from Virginia. I don't know if you have access to TARZINE, but I had an article about John Carter's great-nephew in issue #34.
