James Michael Moody Comments:
Love the Tarzan patches by Phillip Jose Farmer. I have them all in my ERB collection. Even the pre-Tarzan Alive articles printed in ERB-dom fan publication. It is important for unaware Tarzan fans to understand that this chronology is not based on the ape-man in Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan series. Phil, in the beginning, bases his Tarzan chronology on the real-life Tarzan that ERB based his series on. By the end, Phil's lord of the jungle becomes a like Tarzan character living in the World Newton Universe. Certainly not the Tarzan of the ERB Universe. Much love and respect. This is the book that turned me into an ERB writer instead of an ERB reader.

James Michael Moody Comment:
This Tarzan chronology article was written by the guy who wrote the James Bond chronology and the forward in the latest edition of Tarzan Alive. This Tarzan chronology article is based on the information provided by Phillip Jose Farmer in Tarzan Alive. It is not based on the information provided by Edgar Rice Burroughs in his Tarzan series. Much love and respect.
