Ken Webber Comments ERB-APA #54: A Reply

Kenneth Webber - Thanks for all the movie info. I really enjoy your keep-up-to-date news. Ken, I was aware that ERB, the teenager and Tarzan met in Chicago, and that Tarzan was born on September 1, 1872 way before ever joining the ERB-APA. Actually, it was back around 1975 when the paperback edition of Tarzan Alive came out. I read the ERB fanzines that had Phillip Jose Farmer's chronology articles in them, before and after the publication of Tarzan Alive. I envisioned ERB, the teenager, meeting Tarzan in 1893 after reading Erwin Porges, The Man who Created Tarzan. Can you imagine keeping a secret that long?
